What would be the just about best breakfeast you could have to start your day, possibly following a light workout? For anybody? I'm thinking something along the lines of: Eggs Sausage Orange Juice Bannana Whey Shake Bread/Oats What would you guys think or know what is a great way to start your day to recover your muscles and help build with breakfeast? Please post.

I would def have your shake especially if its after a workout, but I love cereal myself and I find that a lot of brands like kashi have very nutritious cereal and even the Target brands are good for you, but i'd go with a shake and probably some whole wheat bread for that and cereal if you'd like, sausage isant good for you, banana is good too though

hmm, I usually don't eat breakfast after working out, I never workout hungry and I am always hungry first thing, even wake up because I am too hungry and can't sleep. I like hearty breakfasts when I am going to work out soon afterwards, bacon eggs homemade hashbrowns fried in olive oil. Simple breakfast and more healthy eggs and oatmeal, or short on time blend oats whey and all natural pnt butter with some ice and milk and maybe a banana.

I have whey mixed with water upon first waking up, then I'll shower and get dressed and ready for work. After that I have 2 eggs, a big bowl of oatmeal, and a big glass of OJ.

Really, honey? I figure I heard before that honey has more sugar than anything else in it. Maybe I am wrong. Also I forgot to put this up there, I take a multi and a omega fish oil tablet. I'll also take the fish oil after my workout. That isn't too much for the omega 3 fish oil is it?, I have heard people take one a day and up to 4 a day so I am kind of wondering what is recommended for bodybuilding.
