I've been making this awesome breakfast shake. Quick, easy and delicious! 8-10 liquid egg whites (suitable to drink raw, but I swear you CANNOT taste them) 1 Scoop vanilla protein powder 1 Tbs. all natural organic peanut butter 1 tbs flax oil 10 oz skim milk sometimes I get ambitious and throw a banana in there...but then I have to use the blender. Shake it up and you've got yourself a great breakfast (or anytime) shake.

Is this for cutting? Because that is A LOT of protein. Egg whites put it around 35 grams of protein, powder adds another 20-25, peanut butter 4, 10 oz skim milk, 11. That totals tooooo... around 70 grams of protein in one meal... with no complex carbs. Just saying... perhaps you should add less egg whites and replace with oatmeal or something. Couldn't hurt...
