New to the forum, A quick question? I lift in the morning when I wake up. I cant eat much for breakfast before hitting the gym but I need something, any different suggestions? Getting sick of eating whole grain english muffins before going to the gym! Any good shakes that arent going to fill me up to much?

you need some protein before you workout. Just try 1/2cup-1cup oats, 1 scoop whey, 1 banana or some other fruit, 10oz water. Simple and effective.

i know u dont want to hear this but u need to be eating alot more then that in the morning. if u want to make any sort of gains u have got to force down more food!! otherwise u will just get really dissapointed with ur results. EAT!!!!!!
