you can crack the egg and then poor it from each shell half ot the other shell half, and manage to get the yoke to stay in the shell and the whiles to fall out, or you can buy one of those plastic things you crack the egg into.

There's nothing wrong with having a fried egg, you can do it with practically no oil or butter if you want to as well.

Lately I have been doing a mixture of whole eggs plus extra whites, I like the flavor better that way.  But really you can eat whole eggs like everyone has been saying especially if you don't want to waste anything.

I love making hashbrowns from straight potatoes, have some bacon with it and some eggs fried or scrambled on the side.  Only do this when I have plenty of time.  I know bacon is as fatty as can be but I like it, and not cutting quite yet.

How do you go about seperating the whites from yolks....
 
and do youjust throw the yolks away?
Are the yolks bad for you or something..?
