I'm starting to find a problem finding a veriety of breakfasts. Well what can a man eat for breakfast that will fill you up and feed you. For the last couple of months I have been eating eggs, with some dely meats. I also add fruits and yogurt, bread. Stuff like that. But the most consistent has been the eggs. Eather boideled or in a pan. But how manny times can you eat eggs? What do you guys eat for breakfast?

i've been making eggs all sorts of ways... over easy, scrabled, all sorts of omlets, poached, raw, and i always keep some boiled whites in the fridge for a snack or quick breakfast.... you can make eggs taste different from day to day. add hot sauce, salsa, peppers, onions, mushrooms, cheese, jalepeno, etc

i eat this almost every morning:

cook up some egg beaters and toast 2 whole wheat english muffins.  then put the eggs on the english muffins(bet u didnt see that comin lol), then i take a quarter slice of american cheese and put it on top of the eggs.  not sure what the caloric value is exactly but i no its got a fair amount of protein in it and alot of complex carbs

note:the quarter of a slice of cheese is just becus a full piece has like 5g of sat. fat

to any of the above mentioned stuff you can add ham, bacon, or sausage for extra cals if you're bulking. (hams not a whole lot, so its good in cutting)

Guys i'm trying to get a way from eggs. I dont think its all that good for you to eat eggs every day. Even if its in all sorts of ways. What goes in to your stomach is still eggs. I'm trying to get a way from eggs. What else will give you the same callories as 3 eggs, 5 slices of deli meat, and some fruit?

Stuff like that all it does is fill me up not really feed me. Waffles, french toast, bagels, muffins. I never see the point in then casue I'm hungry righ afterwards.

try yogurt, or just throw a shytload of random stuff into an omlet. you're bound to find something you like.

i eat 4 eggs mixed with 12 ounces of canned chicken breast and some cheese in the mix...throw in some toast and yogurt and you're full for a long time and full of protein for pre-workout

That is a good idea JK. I'm try to stay away from eggs completly. I want to eat eggs for breakfast maybe once in a while. I have been eating them for a verry long time and I'm kind of sick of them. So I'm going to try some peanuts or a mixed bag of nuts. There are some that are mixed with dried fruits I think that might be a good breakfast. Anything but eggs right now. Anything.....

1 cup kashi go lean crunch cereal w/ low fat soy milk.  total about 300 cals but tastes great.  Maybe add in some berries

try oatmeal with almonds (heated in the last min or so of oatmeal cooktime), silced bananna tiny drip of honey, paired with some yougurt. the almond addition really makes it stick around for me. Not as much protein as the ever present egg, but a very hearty tastey breakfast none the less.
