I started a free website dedicated to healthy recipes, and also have a section specifically for bodybuilders.  What makes my site different is, you select what meals you want to make, and it will generate the grocery list you will need to make the meals you selected.  Check it out...  www.healthygrocerylist.com.  Also, click on the contact us section, and let me know what you think...  Thanks!

Try taking 4 egg whites, fried in a bit of olive oil then toast two slices of whole grain bread and add 4 thin slices of smoked turnkey.  combine this with a protein shake and it will certainly hold you over till your next meal.

I love eating boiled egg whites for breakfast....it is soo good and filling...

I also like oatmeal with like a tablespoon of melted peanut butter and almonds on top...that is good

yogurt and trailmix is also good and filling

get a wheat tortilla, spread some peanut butter and put raisins or sugar free jam that is good...make it like a wrap...

The best protein pancakes you will ever have...better than bisquik.

1/2 cup cottege cheese
1/2 cup oats (I usually only include this on my cheat day, they don't really alter the taste but they make the pancakes nice a fluffy!)
1 egg + 4 egg whites
1 scoop protein powder
1 tsp baking soda
splash of vanilla and cinnemon

They are so freakin good, and you feel like you are eating a carby slice of cake..

Isn't eating eggs everyday bad for colesterol levels?
Motivation comes by itself when improvement is seen!
