Whole-wheat Bread is not a bad thing at all!!! It is a great source of complex carbs and fiber.  As for coffee I have no idea; I don't drink it becuase I heard it can stunt growth.

The breads good..just remember that too much flour in your system isnt good. it can act as a paste as if you were making paper mache(sp?)
I dont think coffee is good at all for you although I will have a glass every once in a while

I doubt 4-6 slices of bread would be too much flour, but if your worried about that get ezekiel bread.  Whole wheat ezekiel 4:9 bread is 100% flourless, low glycemic, and a complete protien.  It comes from the a verse in the bible (ezekiel 4:9), so you know its is good for you.  I eat 6 slices a day when Im bulking and Jay cutler has 10 slices a day (that not even counting all the ezekiel cereal and dry ezekiel he also eats).  I would highly recommed this to anyone.  To get just go to your local health food store.  To find out more about ezekiel bread and other ezekiel products go to www.foodforlife.com
