Bowflex or Powerflex?

I' ve seen all the commercials, & I don' t know whether to get a Bowflex or Gold' s Gym Power Flex. Bowflex seems better for people who just don' t want to be fat; I' m a really thin (16.3 BMI, 5' 5.5" ) guy, so maybe a Power Flex is better for mass gaining. Help me out!

If you' re serious about gaining muscle my opinion is that neither are you best choice. Either join a good gym, or get some real weights (dumbbells and barbells), and a decent bench. All of the core exercises you need to develop serious muscle can be done with these. Add a lat machine and a few other " nice" items and you have a really good home gym that will last a lifetime.

Totally. There' s no reason not to.. unless you are so limited on space and the nearest gym is 70 miles away.. You can put together a pretty damn good system for the same price.
