Born Again Builder - Tuesday, July 07, 2009 12:31 AM ( #1 )
So, I guess I'll do the "intro" thing...

I'm 21, going on 22...and back in high school, I started lifting at first for football and wrestling, but got really into it and started a small form of body building just to look good.  Needless to say, I met someone, and got lazy, and 3 years later....BLAH.

At the "prime" age of 18 I was 6'1", 190lbs, 13% BF, with 18" arms, a 34" waist, a 6 pack and "the V", and somehow...no hair on my chest or back, and the confidence to walk anywhere with no shirt on.

Now...at 21, I am 6'0", 275lbs, 40% BF, not sure what size arms, but they are definitely flabby, a 40-42" waist, a keg, no V, and a chest and back filled with hair, and no confidence to be in the room with even a hoody on.

So now I'm attempting to regain the confidence (or at least half of it) that I used to have.  I'm not really sure where to start again, and I'd like to get going on it and be back somewhere by summer of 2010.  I'm doing it for both looks and for health...I used to be able to jog 5-10 miles with football pads on and it'd be no problem.  Now, walking from my car to the entrance at work puts me out of breath.

Did you just make these numbers up? 6 1 190 with 18 inch arms? I don't wanna make a statement when i can't know for sure but thats unlikely.. 13% bf but with a 6 pack? same thing here. And you shrank an inch from 18-21. But anyways I don't understand your question. There is no easy answer to success it takes hard work.
Goals by end of 2009:
Bench 205
Squat 255 ATG
Squat Clean 185
