Boobs. - Monday, November 05, 2007 1:39 PM ( #1 )
I have slight man boobs. Not huge but i dropped 20 lbs in 2 months.
could this possibly have anything to do with it.
What can i do to loose them?
or anyone wanna tell me how to turn that fat to muscle very quickly.

It's possible that it could be stretched/loose skin from the weight loss, but 20 lbs in 2 months isn't enough to do so, or at least it wasn't for me. Odds are you probably still need to lose more, or if you are already at a low BF%, it could be gyno.

Give it some time and see if the skin tightens up, lose more weight, or see a doctor about gyno. And FYI, fat cannot turn into muscle and vice-versa, but you can bulk up and then cut down.

If it's loose skin than wouldn't building up your pecks fill the skin wit muslce.

keep it up for another month or so, you should see more definition and your "boobs" will fade away before you know it.
first day with no buds, 11/17, need a new job. 1 down 13 to go.

spot reduction is a myth, working a certain area will not reduce the fat in that area any significant amount

Listen I was at the same point as you about 6 months ago. The best thing you could do is work out hard, run before breakfast and stick with clean protein foods. I would wake up run for about 30-45 min, have eggs for breakfast, fruit for mid day snack, turkey sandwich on wheat, peanut butter on wehat pre workout, protein shake post workout, steak or grilled chicken for dinner. Just keep up the hard work in the weight room. I also isolated my chest alot as well i mean spot reduction is a myth but i did chest 3 times a week but not enough to over train. Just keep with it, being chubby is tough but in the end the hard work pays off.
