My biceps/triceps are nice, IMHO, my forearm is ok, but can use improvement. I personally don't like how, when extended, from the middle of the back of my forearm, the muscles sink into a pit and end at a boney elbow. Its basically bulge, sink, bulge, not only does it look a little weird, but it feels weak and can break easy. My elbows are basically nothing but tendons, fat, and bone!

The only reasonable think I can think of, is getting the muscles to grow closer to the joint and basically fill out and be well rounded. What exercises would help me fill out my elbows and help prevent them from getting injured?

This is where I want to take it.

This is the trouble spot and still sinks in with the same position as the above pictures.

Hope the pictures are enough to go on, got them off the internet...

yea that was a dickhead answer, but bodybuilding takes patience.  Ive learned this the hardway on several occasions.  Just keep working at it.

I get the same thing and i really hate it, At school we got uniforms and the sleeves are kinda long, enough for my biceps to hide in when i flex, i.e when i rest my head on my fist, if you get it.

I realised that when i flex my bicep and turn my fist outwards i see my bicep going longer towards my elbow pit like you say. Sooo My guess would be doing reverse bicep curls and hope it settles... or roll up my sleeves lol

Try deadlifting with a fat bar.
