Sometimes when I lift weight above my limit, I felt that my muscles could take it, but my bones and blood vessels feel like they will split if i try. What's the cause?

man i have never heard of that before. maybe you are going too intense. what is your workout like and tell how hard it is for you to do them. like if you do a bench press and the first 2 sets go from simple to a little hard, with some strain. and then on the last set you are forcing yourself to get that last rep. basically going to failure. this is just an example though.

...I think i know what you mean, it feels like pain in the core of your arm or something where the bone is...
No idea to what causes it, but yeah the muscle feels fine but inside it feels like its gonna snap

man that is weird, glad i am blessed with very strong bones. have you went to the doctor, or do you just ignore it as much as possible and fight through the feeling until you are done?

happens with my right shoulder.  my muscle is fine, but it feels like the bones are grating on each other.  take time off, rest, don't lift, then try again with a lighter weight.  works for me.

Its weird though. I would try 1RM workouts, it would often succeed, but after that if i tried anything my bone would feel like it would split.

when i get this feeling it only happens with large weights and it feels like the joints are aching, used to get this in my elbow when i first started weights at home and was doing incline chest flys.
It kind of feels like a bone bruise sometimes too, or extreme growing pains.

Difficult to explain it really, i dont even know if what i had is what youre having, but it sounds similar...

I hope it has nothing to do with growth.

If you feel it while doing any arm movements and you can feel the sharp pain in your fore-arms, you probably have tendonitis. If that is the case, tell me and I can post a few things you can do to minimize/get rid of it

Lord they are hot though, don't touch, I advise. But you are burned, and penalised, of course overdramatise and you get the prize. I am that boy baby girl and now I will end your 9 lives.

That would be nice Gun Ryo. I broke my Arm early december. Whenevere I do a lift that involves forearms at all i'll knock it out and When I  put the wieght down and my muscles unflex I get a crazy sharp pian that feels like it's in the bone. Doctor says it's tendonitis brought on by the healing of my arm. He siad the best thing is to do is push through it find things to stop the pian but lightening up won't help it'll just come back.

When I did arm, the pain is felt below the armpit to the biceps. Is it tendonitis?

when i had tendonitis in my shoulder, in hurt a lot... like my range of motion was fine(for the most part) but when i tried to move it against any reistance it would kill. Turns out it took almost 2 months to heal. All my doctor told me to do is to take some rediculous amount of pain killers to make the pain go away.
