Is that any good? I have the other attachments already and they work well.

Thanks,
Frank

anything from the Body Solid range is very good in my opinion, i too use body solid. though if you have a power rack i would save up for the lat attachment for that rather than the bench attachment. it costs abit more but you get better bearings and stability that a rack gives doing lat exercises. if not than the bench attachment is still very good especially its cables which are rated to 2000 pounds. ^^

Got the bench attachment. Looks well made, everything went together quick and with no problems. However, the nylon slide bearings are rather stiff and pop out quite easily. The friction in the bearings is enormous, without them the weights seem just half that heavy. It'll wear in over time, guess for 150.- thats all one can expect. High and low pulleys, thats good, with wide bar and small straight bar, both rotating. So overall useful. And more resistance is not such a bad thing, is it?

wait...did you get the rack or bench attachment? im guessing you bought the rack attackment cause you mentioned the low row pulley set up and 'small strait bar'?? if you got the rack attachment and its abit tight dont worry that was like mine it goes away after a few uses, make sure you add abit of lubrication oil if it seems really dry. but if you bought the bench lat attachment than i wouldnt know.
