Bodybuilding routine newb seeking help!

Hi, iv'e been going the gym since June 05, i have been just doing bench press, dumb bell press, n the zip coard thing tht is attatched to wieghts, i bought a mass gain 4000 bodybuilding shake, i sometimes take tht, and when i can i take as much proteain etch as possbile, like chicken etc.

but as the months has gone on i havnt been at a routine, ive only been doing chess etc and nothing else, i have seen improvments such as my pecks have increaed in size and by biceps have grown alot, but i want a routine.

Can you give me a routine each day what to do, i need a routine for about 1 hour a gym sesion, can u not just name the exercise 2 do, can u tel me step by step what it is, coz say if u tell me to do a certain exercize or what eva i dont kno how to do it, so can u tel me how to do it.

Yes, well you won't get very far playing chess!

Talk to any of the experts here and I am quite sure that by next June you'll be benching your bodyweight for reps!

As I always say, go to http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html and it shows you all the exercises you will ever need and shows and tells you how to do them with little videos and step by step instructions.
