hmmmm. i never before recognized this before.  i guess it's never to late to start.  Well today was bench and squat day.  I benched 150 pounds 9 times, and i squated 185 15 times.  My goal over untill summer time is to max out at 250 pounds and to squat.... well im not sure about squatting yet.  I'm going to go work out on my home gym later. ( bicep curls cables etc..)

well yesterday i didn't get to go on so i'l do it now.  The other day was a big workout day, i'm still sore today.  I woke up early that morning made me somee eggs wheat bread toast, and some orange juice.  I then just had a regular day no lifting just a little stretching.

Now for todays post.  Today I worked out from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.   ( for football)  We did power cleans and alot of diffren't leg excerises.  We then worked out our shoulder pecks and back.  After that we did all these ab work outs.  And after weight lifting practice i stayed awhile longer working out my biceps, and calves.  Oh yeah i had eggs for breakfest....  After weight lifting practice i went home and jogged around a little to help my legs.  Thats about it......

Well i havn't been able to keep up on my journal over the holiday...  ( too busy)  Well today I worked out my upper body.  And i decided to try out my new push up Present i got for xmas...  It actually works great.  I'm not sure if i will build much strength from it since i can do 30 reps on it.  By the fourth set thgough i'm doing 15.  For breakfest i had cereal...  It was the first day back to school and i was running a little late.  For lunch i had A wheat bread sandwhich, a apple and three bottles of milk.  ( not like a baby bottle heh)  After school i had a yugort 2 baked potatos and two glasses of milk.  For dinner i had Jumbolia.   hope i spelled it right. Well it is something like spicey rice with tomatos and stuff in it.  I had Some bread with it and milk.  Thats about it.  I'm out of Protein powder and need to buy some more.

Today was an off day for me.  I Started out the morning with one cup of plain oatmeal a couple glasses of milk and a apple.  I also stuffed down a piece of wheat bread.  For lunch i had a baked potatoe a apple a ham sandwhich and some milk.  When i got home i had two peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches ( wheat bread) a apple and more milk.  For dinner I had Fryed ham and potatoe.  The potatoe was like potatoe chips.  After that i did some push ups just for the heck of it and then i stretched.  Thats about it for me and i'm going to bed.

Today i started out with 2 toasted ( wheat bread) egg and cheese sandwhiches for breakfrest.  I had a little bit of ham also on the sandwhich.  I had a couple glasses of milk and a apple.  For lunch i had some kind of a healthy pizza.  70 grams carbohydrate and 19 grams of proten, along with a apple. I'm still a little sore form yesterday, and havn't had a chance to work out yet.  I think i'm going to do Some pushups on the new thing i got.  SHrugs, curls, lunges, and dumbell military press and bench.  Oh yeah for dinner i had waffles and more milk.

Today I did boxes and ladders in football.  I also did tons of diffren't kinds of pushups.  I didn't really have too much of a heavy lifting day.

Ahhh..  i quit this journal for awhile untill i have more time to keep better tract of my diet.  I'm doing pretty good though. ( diet and training wise.)

    Ok well I've been a little lazy lately, but starting tommrow I'm going to keep better track on my journal/ stats. 

   Iv'e gained 3 pounds in the last 2 or 3 days so thats good.
