Upgrade Instructions
1 - Register or login into BodybuildingJournal.com
2 - Click on the Amateur link under the navigation bar on the left.
3 - Enter the promo code and complete the PayPal process by clicking on the submit button.
4 - You will receive a reply from me stating your upgrade has been successful. The upgrade is manual, so please allow up to 24 hours for your upgrade to be completed.
Make sure you enter the correct promo code. You will know if you entered the code correctly before you begin the paypal process. The regular upgrade price is $15.00 USD and the promo code will lower this price to $9.00 USD.
Remember, this upgrade is a one time only fee. There wont be reoccuring monthly or yearly charges. You will receive all the benefits for the life of your account.
