Bulking is going to be fun this year because I will probably eat 15-20 eggs per day. My momma is going to be so excited to see the news. I'm glad we buy in bulk. RS eats, I think he said, a dozen or so a day, and look at him. He's shredded. Eggs have a lot of choline in them which helps reduce LDL and.. well here is a decent read I found http://nurse-practition...108_p29PatHandout_PH.pdf Eggs are pretty much amazing. Plus its a whole animal in one go.

Thanks for the link Perry. I guess I can start a dozen eggs per day pretty soon then I know it's very popular, I just didn't want to risk high LDL.

I forgot, I actually DO eat mayo. I eat it with tuna and eggs, but mostly tuna. Its the only thing that makes tuna eatable besides ketchup, which I obviously cant eat anymore. I have Best Foods Canola, made out of Canola instead of soybean oil. Has 1/3 of the fat per serving, no cholesterol, and still less than 1 gram of carbs per serving. But since I think I might not be eatig enough fat, I shoulda stuck with regular. Boo.

If you aren't getting enough fat, use butter like I suggested. It's the bomb.

Mayo is nasty, i avoid canola and soybean oil when i can, doesn't mean I don't eat them completely, get more fats from meats butter dairy and walnuts and other nuts oh and olive oil. Theres a mayo now that has olive oil, its a load of crap though, only has a little bit in it, rest is the regular stuff. But the packaging is very tricky.
