Bodybuilding sites worth spending time on (updated) - Monday, June 01, 2009 3:15 PM ( #1 )
As with most bobybuilders, I have spent many hours browsing sites that I have come to find nothing useful on. So I thought it would be a good idea to list a few that I've discovered and learned substantial knowledge from and thought that if you have any others to just add to the list so that we could stop wasting time and read what matters and what works.

Elite Fitness Systems - This is one of the best sites for learning.  It doesn't have a forum, but there are a lot of professional lifters, and even a few bodybuilders that post their training and diet logs.  There's also a Q and A where you can ask any of them questions.  They answer much more quickly and thoroughly than I have ever seen a pro bb'er do on a board.

Great website. Bought my bands from there, they messed up shipping it but were really nice about it when I asked them about it and got 2 day shipping even though I paid for ground shipping.
