Elite Fitness Systems - This is one of the best sites for learning. It doesn't have a forum, but there are a lot of professional lifters, and even a few bodybuilders that post their training and diet logs. There's also a Q and A where you can ask any of them questions. They answer much more quickly and thoroughly than I have ever seen a pro bb'er do on a board.

powerlifter89 Elite Fitness Systems - This is one of the best sites for learning. Bought my bands from there, they messed up shipping it but were really nice about it when I asked them about it and got 2 day shipping even though I paid for ground shipping.
