Since i've been on a low sodium kick lately i've modified an old favorite.

2 lbs of 96% lean beef
1 can of light kidney beans
1 pack of 0 sodium chili mix (i'll try to get the name of the stuff, I got it at wal-mart)
1 or 2 cans of low sodium tomato sauce
Some onion

brown some onion, brown the beef, add sauce and chili mix along with water stir let thicken, then toss is pot with beans. Bring to boil. And enjoy a nice meal without worrying about water retention.
