Hello My name is Frank i been working out for about two years now and i'm currently weight 177lbs.i been trying to lose the fat around my stomach is probbaly like 20% i been doing cardio almost 3 days a week 1.5 mile and then i hit the weights.but i dont see much diferent please i need advices.thanks
