I found this site about body shapes, guess it would really apply more to woman. http://www.liverdoctor.com/Section3/14_bodytypes.asp Then I found this, though I'm not sure I agree with some of their reccomendations as to which excersises you should avoid for your body shape, I definetaly don't agree with the avoid exersises for the spoon shape (no squats?!?) I suppose their opinion is to try and make the smaller bit bigger and the bigger bit smaller but still, there's so many ways about it! But everyone is entiltled to their opinion, right? Hope this helpes some one! http://www.exude.com/types.html I was hoping to find pics of the three body types that abs mentioned but the definitions are quite good, so thanks for that! I guess what I'm trying to say is that there are so many ways at looking at things, new ideas can't always be bad, right?
