Endomorphs are inclined to be soft-skinned, have a relatively round physique, easily store fat and have difficulty controlling their body weight.

Mesomorphs have large bone and muscular development. You have the best start in body building. You can train strenuously for longer periods of time. Pay attention to your body parts as they develop, so you will have a well sculptured body.

Ectomorphs have long delicate limbs and have difficulty gaining weight. When body building you should have 5 to 6 smaller meals per day, rather than have three traditional meals

*These are rough definitions

Keywords:
body type, determine body type, ectomorph, mesomorph, endomorph

It's not all that bad.. we just have to work harder to gain.. but getting lean is a breeze.. we just quit working out..

I found this site about body shapes, guess it would really apply more to woman. http://www.liverdoctor.com/Section3/14_bodytypes.asp

Then I found this, though I'm not sure I agree with some of their reccomendations as to which excersises you should avoid for your body shape, I definetaly don't agree with the avoid exersises for the spoon shape (no squats?!?) I suppose their opinion is to try and make the smaller bit bigger and the bigger bit smaller Smile but still, there's so many ways about it! But everyone is entiltled to their opinion, right? Hope this helpes some one! http://www.exude.com/types.html

I was hoping to find pics of the three body types that abs mentioned but the definitions are quite good, so thanks for that!

I guess what I'm trying to say is that there are so many ways at looking at things, new ideas can't always be bad, right?

Absolutly not..

New ideas.. or just thinking in new ways.. that is what keeps the ball rolling.

Good links... interesting. Smile
