Body Proportion - Saturday, July 02, 2005 11:27 AM
Okay I have been at it for over a month now...  I love it,  I feel better and I see a difference.  One thing I am noticing is that one side of my chest is getting more defined than the other so I look funny.
Is this normal?  will it even out eventually?  do I need to do something differnet?

Theres hardly ever symmetry with a human body in general

While i cant say what little pecs i have are different size, what i can say is that my left one is missing a part where the top of the stomach starts, so i have a little gap, it irritates the hell out of me, no muscle is there, not only that but my left arm is now 1 inch less size than the right (only used to be 1/2 inch....i see a pattern of accelerating different sizes...best fix this soon....)

When doing chest exercises purposely put more strain on the left side.

Body symmetry is very rare, and down to genetics.

As long as you dont have a mega ultra sticky out pec and a indented left side it wont look TOO abnormal lol
Thats right guys, sugars in fruits are bad, they are simple sugars which will make you FAT, I mean we all know monkeys eat mainly fruit and look! THEYRE VERY FAT!
Site will be up soon it didnt like me copying and pasting for some strange reason
