I feel like that when I'm on a bulk diet and in a constant burning mode. I'm always hot.. it's a sign of a fever or high metabolism.

Hmm maybe that is it then since I am currently trying to bulk up. I don't feel sick but I would swear you can see the heat waves coming off of my body.

Well technically as you eat more.. and burn more constantly during the day... your body is a furnace. I've always said (well because I grabbed the phrase somewhere) that food is thermogenic.

The more muscle you have, the hotter you will feel as muscle burns more calories at rest then fat.

And the expenditure of calories translates to heat.

Thanks for the info at first it started as hot flashes but now I'm extremely hot all of the time to the point to where my skin is flushed.

I'd be worried if you.. were having hot flashes. Could be a sign of menopause my man.

However, it could be due to a cycle and some response you are having. I'm not flushed.. but I am usually warm all the time.

While this might be food and an increased metabolism, it also might be working checking out with a DR. just in case. Are you sure you aren't running a fever?

No fever

I mean I have always been warm blooded thats why I thank god I live in the North Bay. I start to sweat if it hits 60 degrees =P

I was just curious if the the 1-Test or 4AD in the SO+ was bringing my body tempature up. Since my girlfriend said she can actualy feel the body heat coming off me last night.

Could be an increase in blood pressure.

Its not that uncommon.
