Body Fortress 100% Whey Protein? - Friday, July 13, 2007 4:26 PM
Hey I saw this stuff at target and it was only twelve bucks for 2lbs. Haha, so I bought a tub of it, it says it has 46g of "premium protein" in each serving (2 scoops). Has anyone ever used this stuff? Is it alright? Because I have been taking muscle milik after workouts and I think whey is gonna work better. So, any input on this stuff?

There's another thread entitled "Wal*Mart Supps" that briefly describes this I think.

Yes, it is a good idea to take whey directly post workout because it is a fast digesting protein, whereas Muscle Milk is a slow digesting, casein protein, which is what most people take before going to bed to keep their body in an anabolic state overnight.

Yes, I have used BF whey before...the chocolate flavor is good and I did see size gains while on it.  It is actually a pretty good priced protein, but it is probably lower quality whey than say ON 100% whey.
