My question is how do you find out your body fat percentage?

Weight ~196
Bench ~275
Squat ~390
Dead Lift ~375

So what do you do after you take your mesurments to find out your percent?

I was assuming there was some kind of equation you had to do.

I know I also have the Accu-Meausre which is a pinch style fat caliper. That did come with a little booklet that shows men/women's fat percentage based upon a 1 spot pinch test. I'm pretty sure I didn't get that with the Myotape.

It's for measuring your body.

You really want this in order to measure body fat. Sorry about that.

Body Fat Accur-Measure

This comes with a booklet that tells you your body fat based on pinch testing.

The myotape is great for measuring areas of your body to see size increases but the Accu-Measure is that you want.
