but i've actually never had an accurate body fat test done on me, so i highly doubt i have that much body fat... actually, the last test i had was 1 year ago, and it was not accurate, or done by a doctor, or anything. So i actually dont know why im posting, because i have no idea what my BF is... lol, i guess im just bored. hehe

Hey MDA or anybody else using an accu-measure... How do you do your test, I mean do you simply use your calipers on your stomach or other area a few times and average it out...or do you test different areas of your body and then average them together? With my accu-measure I get about 14mm on my stomache. Which is supposed to equivlate to about 14%. However, I did one of the electronic tests at the gym, ya know the height/weight/age etc... and it put me at 9%. I figure my stomach is probably 14% but the rest of my body is not....or I am just doing the accu-measure wrong. My abs are easily visible, so whatcha think?

allright thats good. Thanks for the reply, I do indeed need to track the stomach fat and I will continue to do so with the accu in order to keep my bulk lean.
