Body Fat - Thursday, October 12, 2006 9:14 AM
    Ok, i'm getting kinda worried.  I have one of those electronic bf testers, and usually it shows me around 11 or 11.5% bf.  Now it's been showing me around 12.  However, before i always measured post workout or on empty stomach, so I"m not sure.  I also see myself getting more cut and getting bigger.  Anyone wanna make me feel better?  Worse?

Those things aren't accurate. But they are usually consistant. if you have the same things in your stomach and at the same time of the day it should tell you if your going up or down. But I'd just buy some calipers if I were you.

Depending on how much water you have drank, your heart rate, pre/post workout..... and the alingment of the sun can have a major impact on those things... I have had up to 8% varience on those on different days, different times, pre and post workout... when you use them, optimally use them on the exact same day at the exact same time, during the exact same situation... I.E Saturday Mornings, after the same meal, same mornign duties, and same water intake pre workout...
Eat...Lift....Sleep......Repeat

Enjoy the process.. but crave the goal.
