You need to calculate your lean body mass by taking measurments from several areas, such as upper arm, forearm, wrist, chest, neck, waist etc. and also your height/weight. You can find various methods online that will help you work it out but you can get very varied answers. If you post a pic up in critique my physique then we can probably give you a very accurate estimate.
