I use the wizard on the 4th mountain to the east, of course its never terribly accurate because i sweat off a lot of water weight while fighting the orc on the eastern vector of the 3rd mountain, so i always have to take that into account

i wouldnt trust those scales ever, they are very dependant on your hydration level, the time of day, what you've eaten recently, ect...

nah if you have a good one they actually work well.

as with any scale, it's going to be dependant on what you just ate, time of day etc.

but if you're smart, you'll weigh yourself at the same time every week. and if you're REALLY smart, you'll do it first thing when you wake up

just get a set of calipers they are like 5 dollars, its very easy to take your own measurements with the exception of a few (subscapular in particular)

So I was debating on whether or not of letting you guys know because it is pretty embarrassing.  Okay.  I was checking amazon and was looking at the right calipers then all of a sudden I clicked on another one while browsing and the reviews were great so I bought it.  Turns out I should have looked more closely at the picture.  I bought a set of hardware calipers and they are sharp and metally!  I just gave it to my dad and said it was a surprise present.

I bought some new calipers though and made sure they were body fat calipers!
