Body Fat % Guess? (pics)

just did a 6 lb. cut.. gained some definition and slight size, but just looking for a BF% guess. thank you!

maybe 13%  but is just a guess.  Your looking good too well done. Great v shape happening in your back and arms look nice and cut. Keep going man

My guess at BF would be around 14%  (depending on legs)

The only reason I blocked out my face was because my expression was so damn stupid-- I have no problem showing my face which is my I did not block out my other pics.. and my flickr/myspace link is public too..

ps- those are like 6th and 9th grade pics :P, in college now..

Not sure why your asking for a guess. Do you not have have a scale that might help you with that? They have'em out there. And arent too expensive. May wanna look into that. I am not sure how accurate they are. But my scale, I fill out my age, my height, and after it weighs me, it does the 10 second BF measurement right after. I'm at work so I cant tell you the model or anything. May wanna look into one.

I do have a scale like that, but they are often inaccurate seeing as how your weight can easily fluctuate depending on bowel movements, water weight, food weight, etc.

Very true. Just thought I would throw it out there. I always find it better than "guessing" hah. Keep it up. Lookin good so far.
