Still lifting 3 or more times a week. Just switched to a 3 day split Back/tris Chest/bis Legs/shoulders 3 exercises 2 sets each. Nothing to heavy and nothing holding heavy weights (no heavy rows, deadlifts, sldl). Just posted new pics in the critique section. Damn forearms!!

Lifted last night. 3 exercises 2 sets of bis, tris, shoulders. 2 sets of g/h raise. I just have little random things I'm working on now. If I had to pick things I'd like to see improved I'd go with forearms, abs and hamstrings.

I'll add to the above list chest. I am so set on getting that line down my chest now. Just did some shoulders and abs. I'm writing a new routine. Goals of this program - Chest line/bench press (2 inches from chest) - 135 - More full, cut abs - Squat 135x5/DL 185x5 - Lower body flexibility - palms on floor - Better thorasic strength/better posture To acheive goals - Maximal benching and chest/upper chest iso work - Actually do my ab work/cardio 15 minutes post lift - Max box squating dubs and trips - 5 minutes flexibility work post cardio - Specific middle/lower trap exercises during back workouts Day 1 5 minute warm up (bike/tread/basketball) Squat 5x3 G/H raise 3x10 Lunge around track once Calves 3x20 15 minutes cardio 5 minutes stretching Day 2 5 minute warmup Bench 5x3 Incline db bench 3x10 Incline db fly 3x10 15 minutes cardio 5 minutes stretching Day 3 5 minute warmup Deadlift 5x5 DB SLDL 3x10 Adduction 3x10 15 minutes cardio 5 minutes stretching Day 4 5 minute warmup Pullups 3x5 Rows (of choice) 3x10 Scapular retractions (of choice) 3x10 15 minutes cardio 5 minutes stretching Day 5 5 minute warmup DB OHP 5x5 Standing plate twists 3x20 Wood chops 3x10 15 minutes cardio 5 minutes stretching
