Are you even old enough to drink, young lady?

If you do use fat buring pills, go steady on them.

By "go steady" i mean don't think that 1 is good so 3 must be better. You come across as an intelligent woman, but a lot of women get too pill-poppin' happy and begin to rely on thermos to make up for a poor diet.

And there have been cases where younger girls have gotten them and pushed themselves too hard using them, resulting in strokes, heart attacks and comas.

800kcals in a day is terrible, but at least you acknowledge that. Good good - That's progress alone.

Don't worry about growing "bulky". Honestly, it'll take years of heavy lifting for you to become even remotely muscular beyond fitness model chick. Unless you use drugs. Females simply lack the anabolic hormone testosterone in large enough quantitiy.

And weight lifting is by far and away the best form of exercise for partitioning (where the calories go) and fat loss. I think you just need to find the balance between your dancing and your lifting. May 7th is still a good 8-10 weeks away which is more than adequate time to get into really ****-hot shape for all the fellas.

i'm going to try (try being the key word) twin peak's carb cycling diet. i'm considering yesterday a high day b/c i ate really badly and ate like 2223 cals. today is a low day then and so far i'm doing alright. the fact that the carb diet is actually based on protein is helping me choose foods.

i figured 8 weeks is enough time to get in shape but i'm not sure what to do. it made me really happy that in his diet he said that cardio sux, b/c i hate running, though i'll keep dancing and that's cardio. I hope the diet alone will help me slim down a touch.

it's not like i need to lose weight or anything, i don't have an eating disorder. i was paging through my victoria's secret catalogue last night and when looking in the mirror realized that i look like them (but 5'6" size 2 instead of 5'10" size 2) except my bis are bigger and my shoulders look a bit broader because of my delts and my abs are more defined. i'd like to stay like that. i don't want to look like a fitness model chick. i don't really like all the muscle.

well i'm just going to keep trying with this whole diet thing though i'm still scared to go back in the gym. i suppose i'll try tomorrow and maybe lower the weight and raise the reps.

Twin Peak is anti-cardio, but i am very much "pro-activity". No matter what it is, just try and move more. Dancing sounds like an awesome form of activity. Get the ehart rate up a bit, get the blood flowing etc... It all helps with partitioning any calories you consume more towards muscle and away from fat. Can even help take calories away from fat cells for metabolism.

I know you're paranoid about becoming a "fitness chick", but bear in mind a lot of the tops fitness models still mess with mild androgen drugs like anavar in order to build muscle and get a hard look about their physique.

At 17 and just lifting for fun, you really have no worries about getting big cause it ain't gonna happen. Just enjoy yourself.

ok so for lunch i had two scoops of ice cream and a small cup of sour gummy worms. that was sooooo not the plan.

but i did have an isopure during my lift and i did go lift which is a pleasant surprise.

03/22/05
Tuesday
8th period

flat press 3x10-65
incline db 1x6-25 2x7-20
incline crossover fly 3x10-10
deadlift 3x7-115

i didn't do so well but i guess it's because i haven't gone in almost 3 weeks. i was going to do 2 more back exercises but the gym class kids took over. i hope i'll be able to go back tomorrow.
