It's becoming a sort of slogan now as I repeat it so often, but here's the scoop.
I'm 18. Senior in highschool, and last week (Thursday) I quit smoking and decided to actively re-engage myself. I decided I'm throwing my natural ability and blessings away, and why start doing that when my life is still so new and full of opportunity?
Haha. Almost a sob story.
Anyhow, I started a blog (
http://buildingdan.blogspot.com) to keep track of it all since Day One. At the moment it's sort of an outlet for me, but I plan to soon start recording my lifting poundage and progression. Working out SERIOUSLY is rather new to me. Rugby season recently ended so I've been inside a weight room before, and it's not like I'm recovering from obesity or something, so I'm no amazing story. I just want to see some gains and have fun doing it.
Right now in its new-ness, the blog is pretty much a place for fellow students to go to laugh at me, but I'd like to get some constructive, utility feedback on it. Particularly
THIS POST. I hope to become a regular around here.
Thanks a lot and please hand me some advice/feedback. :) Thanks a bunch. You can even leave feedback on the blog itself for others to see.
