I still dont think people understand you dont have to weigh alot to be big... Id honestly rather be 195 at 8% BF then someone who is 220 - 230 with 20+% BF.. In this case which is most often the case the person at 195 looks bigger and has more muscle then the person at 220 - 230.

How about this. I'll believe Bmoss when he posts a video of preacher curling 170lbs. Easy enough.

135 for a 1 rep set Is not alot really Ive seen people who have around 16 inch biceps do it in sets and for people who think its rediculous for someone with 13.5 inch biceps to curl what I curl there is a big difference between strength and size of muscle theres men who are 165lbs who can bench in the 400-500 range and think of adam sandrak (strongest kid) when he was 70 lbs he was able to bench press 210 now kids people twice his weight cant even hit 165 on the bench press the point im tryna make is like I said earlier theres a big diffrence between strength and size

You make a good point but seriously. No one's gonna believe any of these claims until we see videos. Yes videos. Photos can easily be manipulated.

Hehehe that was a really old post draper. Im not sure if that kid is even still around... lol good one asking for pics though Mike tyson was 10 - 11% BF with 17 1/2 inch arms hehe. The odds of a 16 year old kid with 17 1/2 inch guns and that little bf% is very slim, Although possible.

the massive newbs never do post pictures. they just say it to jerk off to there egos. somtimes i wonder if they mistake cms for inches lol it must be possible. in my opinion there should be a place in the forum specially for dbb members videos. then people have no excuses.

Haha, thanks bro. I was lucky enough to start working out when I was really scrawny, giving me an advantage, I don't have to lose bodyfat, I just have to gain muscle, pack on the pounds and eat like crazy! I'm going to be doing a blog with pictures of my progress, which I will post in about two months. In the meantime, thanks for the compliment.

Right now my arms are getting close to sixteen, I'm 15 right now. I'm going on my 3rd month of lifting. I'm not one that brags about my arms or how big I am. I'm putting on good size, eat clean and lots of it and the size comes. I was swinging heavy weights, but I got with a group of real knowledgable bodybuilders and they are teaching me good form and how to slow down and feel the negatives during the reps. How many sets do you guys like to do? For those of you that have trouble gaining, go talk to some knowledgable guys at the gym and work your arse off.

I like to stay between 15 - 20 sets per what ever muscle group im working that day. Im pushing for 17 1/2 inch arms but so far there only to 16 1/2.

if you are doing 15-20 sets for biceps thats way too much. I do 6-9 sets, depending how much of a rest i got since my last back workout.
Age: 18 Height: 5'7" Body Weight: 180-185 BF %: 8 % Incline Barbell: 195 x 8 Squat: 295 x 8, ass to ground Shoulder Press: 175 x 8 Barbell Row: 195 x 8 Skullcrushers: 105 x 10 (All lifts are on 3rd set)
