holy crap, so i just got back from my arm day and i did what the video (audio for me) said and I must say I've never had this feeling in my arms before holy cow, i can barely bring them past 90* haha

Hmm, sounds interesting. I do the full extension but I do not "squeeze". Hmm.

Those are hard. Doing the squeeze at the end defintly worked it. After about 5-6 reps I had to drop about ten pounds to do it...Great vid.

I had to drop some weight..

I only used 20 / 25 / 30lb dumbells single arm preacher curls..

I did as instructed full extensions flexed the tricep and then curled up with a squeeze at the top.. Man did I feel a much better pump! Not to mention my biceps are so sore today "I know it does not matter if they are sore or not, but I can really feel them" The pump yesterday was crazy probably mainly because I was also working my back.

I already knew about the main squeeze for some reason when i do seated preacher curls im not able to fully extend with both dumbell and barbell. i sit so my armpits are resting on the top of the pad, however when i lower it seems my elbows want to roll in, which which keeps me from full extension. elbows too close? usually use ez curl bar.

When he says "one targeted workout per week" would this be my backworkout ?

I train my bi ceps after back training,Only 3 sets of 1 excercise(Normaly barbell curls),Is this enough ?
