Bigger Arm - Sunday, September 28, 2008 11:00 AM
When i started working out, big arms was one of my goals, but like most people i was training too much the arm, but not anymore, doing some research and experimenting new exercises i finally find the write workout for the arm.
The Triceps and Biceps are the two Biggest muscle in the arm, contrary what people think the triceps are the largest muscle in the arm, so if you want bigger arms you have to work well you’re triceps, when we work the chest and back we work the arm as well , then when working the arm there are already tired, that’s why our arm don’t grow so fast like the other muscles, to prevent that the Biceps/Triceps have to be worked in a single day , one day of the week just for the arm with 3 exercises for the bicep and 3 exercises for the triceps.When doing this exercises do  them well, it’s better to do less and well then too much and wrong just for show.

Here is The Workout:
Biceps
10×2 Dumbbell Hammer Curls
7×2 Dumbbell Concentration Curls
4×2 Standing Barbell Curls
Triceps
10×2 Triceps Dumbbell Extensions
7×2 Dips
4×2 Lying Barbell Extensions

Do this workout far from the chest and back day’s , the weight is in pyramid style , the last exercise is the one with the heaviest weight.

I'm doing a 4 day full body split and i dont workout arms seperatly and i've had growth in my arms, i never do isolation workouts i.e curls and tri pushdowns... I do bench dips chin ups and squats and deads of course !!!! try it
