Big Knees
-
Saturday, March 04, 2006 7:32 AM
First of all I'm not sure where to put this.. this has more to do with anatomy than training. I've got a minor problem, I have big knee caps how is that? Is my knee cap big or is it something pushing it outwards?

Probably genetics. Maybe if you bulked your legs up, it might not look so bad.

That's in relaxed state (like straight out while sitting or laying down) and it's quite annoying cuz I always bump into things. [image]local://5527/09AFBB5FCDC44F8B9BF08EA5BA50DB23.JPG[/image]

Its genes man, dont worry about it but a plus part to it, your legs seem pretty skinny aka Chicken legs. If im not seeing the picture wrong If you work your legs, your knees should look normal. Work your legs, AND EAT, this is even more important
