What muscle make your arms look big from front view not when you look from a side?

The same muscles that make them look big from the side- You just have to get some width on those biceps- And triceps. A lot of people are concerned with the size of their biceps, but don't realize that the triceps make up a lot of arm mass. (Of course, I'm talking about your average non-bodybuilder guy here.) Plus, developing your shoulders properly sure helps your arms look bigger.

I mean when I look at a mirror front way, right where my biceps are it looks thin there but when i look from the side its pretty big. Is there only one part of biceps or do some other excercises work another part of biceps and make it look thick from front view. chests have parts like lower middle and upper and incline bench or flat makes a difference, does biceps have different part and different excercises for them?

Do some hammer curls for the thickness you want. Hold a dumbbell like you would a hammer and curl it up and down. That will work your brachialis muscle (correct name?) and the outer head of your bicep.

When you hit a side pose, its meant to make your tricep show, and your pressing it up against your lats, so the mass of your arm thats being pressed will spread out over a larger area. It like play-dough, if its all balled up, it doesnt look that big, if you mush it against something, it will cover more space, and look bigger. If you want to judge your bicep muscle growth progress, then keep looking at yourself in the mirror with the front doubble bicep pose, and keep hitting that until you are satisified with your arm size, keeping in mind that the bicep only makes up 25% of your arm, the other 75% is the tricep, unles you dont work them both and only work one, which would be silly. Goodluck on getting that size bro.
