hey all i'm going to do my best to cut the chase.I think everyone may have noticed, probably everyone has a bigger arm, either is it 1/4 inch or whatever, there is probably a dominant arm to everyone. You want to correct this? I believe i would just curl more on one side, more rep more weight or something, thats what i'd do My mega problem here is( i'm not english, i dont know the word so ill try to do my best to show off which it is). i believe its called lats or obliques? its on the side/rear of the ribcage sort of under the arm, when you angle ur arms and hold you're hips it make you look sort of wide. Well this muscle of mine is noticabely ( is that even a word) much bigger from the back and the front on my right side, and my arm is lagging on the left side a little bit. How should i correct this, like i said i'd just curl my arm more i think, but what about the lat, can i workout 1 lat more than the other...?

With any exercise you do that has an option for doing with dumbbells instead of barbells, use dumbbells. The muscle you seem to be referring to is you lats. Bent over dumbbell rows are a good exercise for that muscle. Whenever you're doing an exercise that lets you alternate or do one side before the other, always do the small side first, and do no more reps with the strong side than your are able to do with the weak side. Also, never use more weight on your strong side. This makes sure the weak side gets the best bit of your energy. If the imbalance is really bad, give the weak side a couple extra reps or a little more weight.
