Since the bicep isn't that big of a muscle I only do about 3 sets for them..I have been seeing average gains in strength and in size..I just wanted to know if I should stick with 3 sets or do more.

Probably best to stick with 3 sets really, you might react to more-but you might not, the grass isnt always greener, so stick with the safe moderate gain, than gamble for fast gain.

im gonna have to disagree with twisted on this one. sure 3 sets could be better but it could be worse too. try doing 6 sets and then see if ur gains are better or worse. if they're better keep it up if not then go back down

wait, are you guys talking 3 sets total or 3 sets per exercise? 3 sets per exercise is good its what i do, but 3 sets total is too little

Try doing six sets - three exercises for two sets each or two exercises for three sets each - and see how it works.  six sets still isn't that many, so you wont have to worry about overtraining.
