Bicep Tendons - Saturday, January 29, 2005 4:25 PM ( #1 )
well, just finished another 5 day routine! Finished up the week with legs thursday and shoulders friday! Went hard that when doing steep angle crunches my right shoulder wanted to cramp and explode. Well anyway, my left bicep tendon(on the shoulder) is aggrevated a little, I iced it today and will see what happens, wonder if I will be able to do chest on monday or not! Wonder if it is a good idea to do that? i have had this before. I think that all my weekly workouts are responsible for annoying it. When doing squats my left rotator cuff got tweaked for having my arm over the bar as per doing squats.

welcome in my life...the only way I had this thing done is by doing some front raises . it helped but did not completly removed the little pain.
2 years ago I had to stop training for 3 month because I was not able to open the door of my car...just pushing it was painful....
be careful dude...you might need to take a break...
I know you may not want to loose a week of 2....but it's better than 2 month if it becomes worst !

If i take some time off I will still do legs, abs, shrugs, triceps, i may work on my right bicep. Sound doable? Back is out cause alot of strain is put on the tendon.

when I stopped ...I did not train my upperbody at all !
this way I was sure not to damage it...I also went for a physiotherapist
