Lat pulls: 160 x 10 180 x 8 190 x 6 210 x 4 Hammer strength rows: 2 plates each side x 10 3 plates each side x 8 3 plates 1 quarter each side x 6 2 plates each side x 20 Barbell rows: "I know I suck at these, I just don't normally do them" 135 x 10 145 x 8 155 x 6 Tbar rows: 150 x 10 170 x 8 180 x 6 200 x 4 Finished on a lat machine for a burn out set.

You and I are about on the same level strength wise... except I weight about 25 lbs less than you. Have you tried the HST program? Are you sticking with this isolation regimen for right now? I feel like i'm in a slump, and want size now, along with my strength... so I really am thinking about getting away from 2 muscle groups a day and trying the HST for myself. Post some pictures on your journal here of urself. Give me input on what you think I should do.. b/c right now, isolation for me seems boring. I want to get bigger. I'm very strong for my size, so i think it would be cool to change it up a bit.

man lookin at this makes me want to start something new with my routine that should make me stronger. do like what you did with the heavy weight and low reps to the lighter weight with more reps. i need to try that but i also need to get some bar clamps b/c my lil threaded bar has stars on it and takes to long to take them off and put them back on. why did i not think of this before???? stupid!!!

No moderate weight 10 reps then more weight 8 reps then more weight 4 - 6 reps <-- this is a failing point. If you get 6 easy then more weight and 4 reps. 10 8 6 4

Dumbell Shoulder press: 65's x 10 75's x 8 <-- My spotter was not watching me I damn near failed on 8 85's x 3 <--- DAMNIT!!! I MISSED ONE REP!! AHHH!! Arnold Press: 55 x 10 60 x 8 Front laterals: 25 x 10 30 x 8 35 x 6 Side laterals cable: 40 x 10 45 x 8 50 x 6 Upright rows: 70 x 10 80 x 8 110 x 6 Okay so I failed on the 85 x 4 :( I did do it with good form for 3 though!!! So next time I think I will start with 60 x 10 then 70 x 8 Then 85 X 4!!! maybe the lower weight in the beginning will help me push more weight the end.. BTW arnold press is hard!!! especially after already doing regular shoulder press's !! I can probably only do 70's max for arnolds for 7 - 8 reps.

ORIGINAL: grantoiz shoulder pressing 85s is very impressive! For me it's incredible.. I never thought I would be able to do those to soon.. Bro they still feel scary heavy.. Thats the weird thing.. They feel super heavy but when I push they go up.. It kind of freaks me out. Remember how it was when you first benched 300lbs? You feel all that pressure on your joints and your like "No way is this going to go up!" You take a deep breath and your like **** **** **** **** AHHH!! then it keeps moving up and your like WHOA!!! I AM DOING IT!! I love that rush man!

Legs: Ham curls Leg extensions I didn't pay attention to the weight really.. I did do 165 single leg my las set though for 4 reps. Calve raises Squats: each side 45 + 25 x 10 45 + 45 x 8 45 + 45 + 45 x 6 45 + 45 + 45 + 45 x 1 GAH!! and I damn near failed! ****! O well I will drop the weight down 20lbs and attempt 4 reps. TOMORROW IS CHEST DAY MUHAHAHHAA!

Yesterdays work out :As soon as I was able to hold down food lol: Flat bench: 135 x 10 225 x 10 255 x 6 185 x 20 Incline Bench: 135 x 10 185 x 8 175 x 10 Decline bench: 225 x 10 Skull crushers incline behind neck: 70 x 10 into 10 close grip press 80 x 8 into 8 close grip press 90 x 5 into 5 close grip press Tricep push downs Tricep over head extensions I really did not feel up to par today.. I had no energy and was still a tad dehydrated.. So not to bad for being really screwed up lol! I felt pretty good to be honest.

It wasn't that long ago you had an injury and couldn't work out at all. You had to work out vicariously through me on my journal. But after you healed up you were able to get back in it, and your strength has shot up like crazy since then. You're gonna rebound easily from this. Actually, I was hoping this would put out out for a little longer, cause I got the best gains when you were occupying yourself rooting me on.

Those are done on an easy bar... I don't know they are really easy for me to move around I just pop it up push it above my head then lower behind my neck.. Then I come straight up and down trying to keep my elbows close together... It's not much weight for me... If it's to much for you to move around lower it down to like a 50lb ez bar or a 60lb ez bar. Work your way up. I can normally use 100 on those.. One of my buddies uses 120. I hope to be at 110 in like another month at least. I will try to make a video.
