Okay Ill start posting my lifts again next week..  The only reason I am not doing that now is because they are all pretty much the same only I am using much better form and doing more reps.

okay they are having more lay offs in about 1 hour I have to survive these and I will be okay..

Oh yeah! yesterday I did incline bench on my shoulder day and I am very pleased to say that I was doing my reps with 185 and 205 fairly easy, I could probably max out around 235 - 245. So thats pretty damn cool! Incase I never told you guys I usually struggle with 185lbs for reps which is really sad.. My shoulder strength has defenently increased my incline bench. Shoulders are one of my weak points as far as my lifts go but they are my strong points about my physique.. - Weird - That could explain why I am so narrow though.

First week has now passed + 3lbs gained.

Strength was about the same, form was a bit better.

Supplements:

Flax oil
Liver Longer
Milk thistle
XtremeTren
P-Plex
Glutamine
Creatine

More EFA's incorp into diet.  Meals lowerd to 6 times a day but more food per meal.   Egg whites added to Oatmeal in morning.

Everything is on point my weight did shoot up 5 lbs but that was just my night weight.  Agression is a bit up "I am a dick right now"  But thats only if I let something bother me.   Abdominal muscles still showing.

If I keep this up I will be 215 no doubt in the next 3 - 4 weeks.

Oh man.. I am almost right where I want to be.. I actually am starting to feel really good about my self and my shirts are fitting so much tighter..  Large shirts fit really tight and extra large fit snug..   This is exactly what I wanted.    My incline has rised to 205 for my rep range and I am sure I will be doing 215 - 225 on the incline for reps soon.  My arms need to catch up to my shoulders and chest though, that is my only concern right now.

Wohoo though! I am so freaking happy!  Only thing that has me worried is the gyno.

yup.. I am feeling pretty good about my self right now.. I am sticking to the 8 - 12 reps solid smooth form... I am not getting as strong as fast as I did before but I am gaining muscle at a much faster pace.    I actually am really starting to dig my self.. I look in the mirror and all of the sudden I don't feel that small anymore.

i hear ya. i dont know if ill ever see myself as being bigger, the more i gain the more i want if that sounds right. my goal now is to get as big as i can. naturally, then start hitting some of the phs and see where that'll go but wont do them till i get my diet down pat. im gonna start my new journal later tonight or tommorow with my training an diet. so when i get it up take a look at it and let me know what you think.

I think you will hit around 230 on the PH's.   2 - 3 cycles... Wish I would have done what your doing.. I actually don't plan on using anything again after this.. I may wait until I am in my late 20's.    I mean 210 - 215 is a respectable size if I can just maintain that for a few years maybe get to 225 naturally over the next 2 - 3 years.    I won't hit that 240 mark until I am your age.

RE: Beyond Science Squats / Hypertophy + strength bench - Tuesday, December 18, 2007 6:44 AM
Finally got an accurate measuring tape for body parts.

Quads - 23 inches
Chest - 43 inches <-- weak area
Arms - L/ 15 1/2 inches  R/ 16 inches <-- weak area
forearm - 13 inches
Quads - 23 1/4 inches
Calves - 14 1/2 inches
Neck - 17 inches
Wrist - 7 inches
Waist - 32 inches

Height - 6'2 <-- thats the part that kind of freaked me out.. I did not think I would grow anymore.. especially because I am almost 24 years old!   But then again it's only 1/2 an inch I was already a little over 6'1.

Scale weight 208 - 209lbs.

Got my tape from www.discountanabolics.com for 4$.  It's really cool to get accurate measurements but it really sucks when they are not what you thought they were..

no way im buying one of those tapes my chest is the same size as yours,, and we bench simular.. most of my friends chest sizes are 41'' ish and they only bench like 130 pounds... its amazing how much stronger some one can be with just a couple of inches.

LoL I thought i would dissapoint my training partner with the tape but turns out his arms are right at 17 inches... man don't I feel small now..  LoL  my other training partners arms are 18 inches.. I guess it's good that they are so much bigger then me though cause I have been using their advice.

Anyways,  I am still sick!!   I really need to make it to the gym..  Hopefully tomorrow I will feel better I am going to have to get caught up!  I missed leg day and back day.. So tomorrow I may have to work my legs and work my back ugh!   Then ill hit shoulders on friday and I will hit arms on saturday.  I really have to get better!

LOL, I was looking at those measurements and thinking "hey, why am I so small; other than my arms, I'm the same size as IBB..." But my chest is like 39"... If I'm being generous... With two sweaters on...

@IBB: You're not chickening out on deadlifts still, are you?
