my wrist is feeling a bit better.. I think I might possibly be able to move weight.  
I am going back to the gym today, I will be working legs.

Flat Bench:

135 x 10
225 x 10
235 x 8
225 x 6 - Really wide

Incline dumbells:

75 x 10
80 x 8

Incline barbell:

135 x 10
135 x 10

Flys incline / decline / mid  sets of 10

Tricep pull downs back against pad:

60 x 10
70 x 10
70 x 10

Tricep over head single arm extensions:

60 x 6
40 x 10
40 x 10

Dips:

2 sets of 10




Not bad for a guy with an injured wrist.. everything was done very slow and controlled.

1 week from today starting mass tabs + trenXtreme.   Going to throw in some milk thistle and fish oil.     Got my BCAA's so I am good.  
 
 
Current weight - 202lbs this is a good weight for me I am really lean. 
 
5 week stack
Goal weight - 212 - 215lbs
 
I know I should have been at 220 sooner but I was gaining to much fat over muscle.   This time I am plenty lean enough and I want to clean bulk.   Man, I am so excited!   I really have to hit my exact mark this time though, because I want to natural gain it the most of 2008 like I did the end of 2006 to mid 2007.    If I am at 210 - 215 by 2008  by the end of 2008 I will run another PH cycle throwing me at 220 - 225lbs.

man, i think you're gonna like the mass tabs... i gained 15 solid pounds over 30 days... coming off I was still making strength gains for another 6 or so weeks
 
only problem when i took it was exams hit and i lost a LOT of sleep and wasn't eating much... and lost bout 10 pounds... i was pretty bummed bout that
6'2 185 pounds

Anabolic Xtreme Superdrol-NG  <-- fake nothing but dhea "not a methylated pro hormone"
 
Epistane - Good but don't expect the same gains as the first cycle unless your off it for 8 - 10 weeks.
 
Mass tabs - Strong,  will cause bloating and could even cause gyno make sure you have PCT on hand.  Also make sure you have access to a SERM.
 
 
Stack either of them with TrenXtreme or XtremeTren.

I just had to post this!


Okay just 20min ago I went to the rest room.. I was leaning over and bam! my belt breaks and my button pops off my dress pants at the same time! So I am sitting in the break room for 10min repairing the screws that popped off of my belt and trying to be discreet about it! But everyone keeps asking what are you doing? oh my what happened? Mean while I am trying to hide the fact that my pants have busted open in the front.


I did repair my belt BTW

well umm.. I have two shirts on but that probably wouldn't do it.. I just have a plain white T shirt and my button up long sleeve dress shirt over it.

I don't know my waist size might be back up to 32 inches or maybe a little over I will have to measure again.. It's okay ill lower my sodium intake.

Okay things are not good..
 
First off the cat pissed all over my gym clothes and I put them on!  UGH!! ****! I tried not to lose my cool.. But I did.. I threw a shoe at her, it hit her and she was crying.. Meow kind of crying..    Then I snapped out of it though.. I feel bad for doing that.
 
 
Second off I may be getting laid off on friday!  Actually I pretty much know I am getting laid off friday.  This is the second waive and I am as good as gone..  The good news is there is a 6 week severence pay.   I am a little stressed right now but I am looking on the bright side of things!  during my time off I will spend 6 - 8 hours a day looking for a job and doing interviews.. I will also be eating the whole time and running my cycle.  Thank god I still get paid or I would not be able to buy all the food + my supplements. 
 
 
It's time for my own personal road block.. instead of getting depressed, I am going to bust my ass!   I am keeping calm, I am not going to stress out.

I survived the lay offs again!

Damn.. I must be a good employee.. I need more freaking money though .. In a couple months I am going to ask for more money, I actually need to wait until march before I decide to go job hunting so that I have 2 years experience at this company.


You know guys I was really starting to get excited about being unemployed.. At least I would have been paid for 6 weeks while looking for another job. The job market is really good right now to!


IBB survives again!! Not only that but IBB will become in a beast really soon here!! XXXTHE30THMARKSTHESPOTXXX
