My whole upper body hurts so badly! especially my arms! ARG! Man it's really hard training every day with my boy.. he is killing me! But on another note I only got 3 - 4 lbs to gain back.. I got my size back pretty fast! makes me wonder if I will continue to grow or not.

Squats: - Injured - Pulled another tendon being stupid and doing my reps to quickly. Arnold press: 55 x 10 60 x 8 65 x 6 Hammer strength shoulder press: 2 plates x 10 2 plates + quarter x 4 Lateral front raises: 30 x 8 25 x 8 20 x 8 15 x 8 Lateral side raises: 20 x 15 upright rows: 80 x 15 Stiff leg Deadlifts: 135 x 10 185 x 10 235 x 8 245 x 8 Leg extensions: 90 x 10 125 x 10 135 x 10 155 x 10 Seated Calve raises: "No resting" 120 x 8 115 x 8 105 x 8 80 x 8 45 x 8 45 x 8 My freaking cousin the smallest training partner was being annoying! He kept rushing me cause his band is going over to his house.. So I couldn't take any breaks!! every set I only rested 5 - 10 seconds so you might see a little shift in the amount of weight I used. Oh BTW arnold press's are freaking hard!!! They should help raise my shoulder mass and regular shoulder press though. I mean thats one hell of a movement! I don't know if that many people have tried them on here or not but man they are rough!

But seriously, stay uninjured. And tell the annoyance to manage his schedule better, or we'll come get him. I mean, what are we going to do if we don't have your journal to watch?!! Arnolds are great. I find them very satisfying because of all the muscle being used, and the different angles. And of course, if you're heaving around the kind of weight you are, definitely tough!

Your probably going to find this hell of funny lol.. But I was expecting to do atleast 75's on the arnolds lol! I didn't realize they were so freaking hard!! I mean with normal shoulder press's the dumbells just barelly touch my rear delts when I come down.. But on these things I am at or below my pecs!! Man!! thats a hell of a range of motion! Your right it takes so much freaking muscle to push that up! I am hoping this will increase the over all size of my deltoids rear side and front.

He has an awesome training buddy, he shouldn't be pi$$ing his time and opportunity like that!

He went from 179lbs to 193lbs "checked his weight today" in only 3 - 4 months.. I really have helped him alot, but he is a lazy person and starts to lose his drive.. He normally isn't like this about training though! He had a new member of the band coming and I think he really wanted to jam with him.. It's understandable he has two hobbies and tries to do everything.

FYI - I am really proud of him, he was just getting on my nerves today.. he is basically like my brother we grew up together share the same last name etc.. He says he has body by chris LoL! He does appreciate what I have done for him and he does everything I say to do.. he is 28 years old and his genetics are far better then mine.. if he just learned to eat a bit more he could be even better!!
