man I really wish I had the problem of losing some weight and still being at 198. I swear I eat and eat and eat and lift and I can't seem to get over 193. Hopefully, it will all come at once and I will blow up soon.

ORIGINAL: PD81 man I really wish I had the problem of losing some weight and still being at 198. I swear I eat and eat and eat and lift and I can't seem to get over 193. Hopefully, it will all come at once and I will blow up soon. If everyone could just gain 20lbs a year like that can in the first few years of training then we could all be insane looking beasts like ronnie and jay after 8 - 10 years of training.. But the fact is some of us have a higher genetic potential then others.. There are some guys our height with a base weight of 205lbs and they add 20 - 30lbs on in the first 2 years of their training they are in that 225 - 230 range with around our BF%.. They have much more potential then us.. We just have to use what god or "Our parents" Gave us.. We are not meso morphs. In the long run you may only gain 5lbs a year for the next 5 years.. but thats still 25lbs and odds are alot of that will be lean muscle.. So it will take us longer to get to where some of these other guys are at but whos to say who looks better? We could have better body symetry.. A smaller waist do to having smaller bones. It's going to take time there is nothing you or I can do about it.. If I had not juiced I probably would be standing at 178 - 180lbs right now. I just skipped maybe 1 1/2 years of training and it threw me at close to 210lbs for a while.. then 205.. Then I cut down to 198. Either way who cares what the scale says keep track of your measurements.

But I am usually lit so I eat alot lol. There is only one way that I know of to get pretty damn big fast.. I wish I had known last year lol. I won't talk about it over the open forum though. It's not the best idea either.. its pretty much best to get big over time. Otherwise you get stuck like me.. I literally only make solid gains now when I run AAS or PH's. I tried for 6 months to make natural gains and got more fat then lean. But then again I am not too far away from goal weight if I make some lean gains. I decided you don't have to be 240 at our height to be really big.. But you do have to be lean with a small waist line. I know I can get mine down to 30inches because of my bone structure. Possibly 29.

Flat Bench: 135 x 10 225 x 5 250 x 6 225 x 8 275 x 2 This was damn good I thought.. Especially just tossing that 275 in there even though my form staggerd off.

Flat Bench: 135 x 30 half reps fast 225 x 5 255 x 5 275 x 3 Omg damn!! I was struggling with 275 on my last work out I got in there and hit it three times hell of easy after I bust out 255 for 5... 225 felt like nothing! I can throw that weight up now... 255 was sort of easy for me.. On the last rep it still went up really easy.. Kind of a struggle in the middle I think I could have hit that 1 more time. I did Deadlifts today with really good form.. 135 x 10 225 x 8 275 x 5 I don't feel too bad about my deadlifts my bench is getting a bit out of control though... which is leading me to believe I may be able to do this to up my squats.. I also did squats today... box squats free bar.. I only did 135 x 10 135 x 10 155 x 10 My knee did hurt a tad bit because I started with full squats before that and I felt it on my knees so I started box squats.

About your knee pain: hows your flexibility? The looser your quads and hams, the less pressure on your knee. I had a chronic knee condition that was made worse by both lack of stabilizer development as well as not being very flexible. Just my two cents.

Like right before my shins.. I am almost thinking its shin splints and I need to take alot of time off... I think 2 - 3 months.. No big deal though I like doing deadlifts now I really worked on my form alot and the weight does not feel bad..

I'm glad you're doing deadlifts again, I felt really bummed when you said you didn't do them.

This time keeping my ass out, my traps and shoulders squeezed together making sure my back did not bow foward at all.. I bent my knees a little bit and did deadlifts.. I got to tell you I felt much better doing it.

I am going to attempt 275 x 4 in a couple days. I feel so strong right now and my weight is climbing so fast.. it looks like my weight in another 2 weeks should be around 210 - 212. My BF% is still around 10% so I am happy.. I have been doing alot of cardio.. I just got gyno again in my left nipple AGAIN! But I have nolva on hand and started taking it yesterday, the tenderness has already started to go away. My friend who I always compete with is now 198lbs and he is only 5'10 1/2... So he has passed me up as of now. I have to get up to 212 or so quick! I won't be using any more AAS just because I believe what you get out there now is so diluted.. its just crap.. The PH's when used correctly are so much stronger then AAS.

I just now hit week 2 of my cycle with tren / epistane... It's hard for me to control my agression.. I feel like I am out of my mind to be honest.. I am so moody so impatient.. So hyped up and just want to rip someones head off because the whole world is getting on my nerves.. Aside from that the cycle is going great! Just started getting a tad bit of acne on my face though and the gyno is not gone yet. My cousin calls me up telling me he is starting his cycle.. This dude has not worked out in a year and is 5'10 179lbs but 15% BF.. Not to mention he is weak as hell now.. he use to be pretty big.. But he was a juice abuser.. Anyways he swears he is just going to catch right up and its like a ****ing slap in the face to me... I have worked my ass off for this and he thinks some magic pills are just going to bring him up to speed.. the dude has done entirely to much coke. Guys in parties piss me off too asking me where to get steroids.. Just because one of my friends blabed about a cycle I ran last year.. The dude is ****ing hell of skinny and short... Again a slap in the face like I only look the way I do because I took steroids.. I barely even took them damnit!!! and I did not even take that much!! I work so ****ing hard for this body **** them all.. I literally told him that he can use as many steroids as he wants but without knowledge and dedication he will never be where I am at even now... Which is pathetic because I am not even that big.
