40g Soy protein per 100g.Costs half of supplement A

If you're looking for the optimal thing for taking pre/post workout, you want whey.

soy protien is a slow digesting protien, almost for non meat eaters, whey is a fast abosrbed protien. So what yo take depends uon your goal, but i agree with jheft whey is better for a pre/post workout protien.
