OK so here's the scoop guys. I recently got a job at my local GNC...i know i know, traitor right? lol. ANywho, on certain products i can get a MASSIVE discount. Ex, i can get protein that retails for 80 bucks for 30. Anyway, im cutting right now and am needing something to extend the workout a little bit and was thinking bout giving a good beta alanine supp a chance. So has anyone tried this stuff while cutting? ANd yes, my diet is fine, so PLEASE, lets avoid talking about diet ya'll lol OH and P.S. after an extremely long time away from the board it's good to be back haha

I bought this stuff along time ago and ive been taking it for probably 6 or more months and havent ever noticed it really doing anything. Ill keep takin it until it runs out though. I read a big article that showed something wrong with all of the studies that proved beta-alanine was effective and if I had to take a guess, Id say the stuff doesnt do anything, but I could definatly be wrong.

T24Rent don't mean to start a new topic but quick question mr gnc, whats the difference between monster mass and monster milk? Well basically like most supps, both are marketing ploys, IMO. Monster Mass is, like the name emplies, a mass gainer, it has a lot more carbs(71 grams) and about twice as much fat per serving as monster milk. Monster milk is basically muscle milk v2.0 imo
