I like to train forearms after biceps as they are pre-exhausted somewhat. Reverse barbell curls, wrist curls and reverse wrist curls. All to failure. Most intense burn you will ever get.

Well....high reps on DL get ur forearms strong....then go over and do farmer walks with very heavy dumbbells, then do reverse and regular wrist curls....then forearm curls. That'll get them b*tches big.

do reverse preacher curls on heavier weights than you usually use on bicep curls, this ****ing KILLS your forearms but you can feel real good burn, and they become seriously thick after training, but after a few hours it goes down, but i believe it to be a brilliant forearm workout, i used to do it and my forearms gained an inch in the few months i did it.

I recommend wrestling if you have the time. The practices at my school were about 3 hours a day. then all night friday and all day saturday was tournaments. Weston your completely wrong about wrestling being individual, If the guy you practice with isn't pushing hard enough it slows you down and the whole team. p.s. massive forearms help a lot in wrestling it's a hell of a lot of grabbing the other guys wrist to control him(at least how I werstle)
