from your videos your have posted (theres quite a few Smile) I'm gonna assume you don't have gym pass what my polevaulting coach said is to get 3 pieces of news paper grab the center with ONE hand and start crunching it into a ball once youve achieved that imidiatly start on the next sheet this works fairly well

if you wanna get more complicated or oyu don't understand my explanation above get a pecie of plastic pipe rope and a ten pound weight and tie the wieght to the pvc pip make sure theres lots of rope in between adn rol your wrists pulling the weight up

P.S what are you planning on doing with all the muscles your trying to get any sports in mind for high school/ Jr high?

I like to train forearms after biceps as they are pre-exhausted somewhat.

Reverse barbell curls, wrist curls and reverse wrist curls.  All to failure.  Most intense burn you will ever get.

Well....high reps on DL get ur forearms strong....then go over and do farmer walks with very heavy dumbbells, then do reverse and regular wrist curls....then forearm curls.

That'll get them b*tches big.

Put a towel over your pull up bar.

Grab the towel with your hands and do pullups.

Great forearm and grip strength excersize.

do reverse preacher curls on heavier weights than you usually use on bicep curls, this ****ing KILLS your forearms but you can feel real good burn, and they become seriously thick after training, but after a few hours it goes down, but i believe it to be a brilliant forearm workout, i used to do it and my forearms gained an inch in the few months i did it.

this could be why people tell you to leave the fourm Smile

as for forearms, static gripping, find a dumbell weight you can only hold for 30-90 seconds and hold as long as possible uintil you psyically cannot hold on any longer

I recommend wrestling if you have the time. The practices at my school were about 3 hours a day. then all night friday and all day saturday was tournaments. Weston your completely wrong about wrestling being individual, If the guy you practice with isn't pushing hard enough it slows you down and the whole team.

p.s. massive forearms help a lot in wrestling it's a hell of a lot of grabbing the other guys wrist to control him(at least how I werstle)

Gave me some humour there bud, well the last one should be fine, for at around your age your hormone levels start to change.

Naw I'm just kidding, like I said before just stick with sports and you should be fine. Don't even worry about lifting yet.

You are still to young.
