Best time of day to work out - Tuesday, June 06, 2006 2:26 AM
It seems like I am always busy most of the time during the week days and I usually don't have much time to work out during the day so I usually do it at night about an hour or two at home before I go to bed.

I was wondering when you guys think is the perfect time to work out is because I always have a paranoid feeling that working out this late in the day isn't helping me at all.

Any time is fine.  The "best" time is when you have time.  The next "best" time is when your energy is up!

Don't even worry...if you are trianing then smile!  You are doing it!  I use to wake up at 2 am and train fro 1/2 an hour then shower and go back to bed because it was the only time I could find to do it!  That was crazy...but it worked.
